1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AmoreSong ("the Service"), operated at amoresong.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AmoreSong is a service that creates personalized songs using artificial intelligence. You provide personal details about your relationship, and we use AI to generate custom lyrics and music. Each song is delivered as a shareable web page with audio playback.
3. Account & Authentication
You may sign in using your email address or a third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when creating your account
4. Payments & Refunds
- Songs are priced at the amount displayed at checkout (currently $9.99).
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Once payment is complete, song generation begins automatically.
- Due to the digital and personalized nature of the product, all sales are final. If your song fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either regenerate the song or issue a full refund.
- To request a refund for a failed generation, contact us at support@amoresong.com.
5. Song Content & Ownership
- Songs are generated by AI based on your inputs. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and enjoy your song for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You retain ownership of the personal information and photos you provide. By submitting content, you grant AmoreSong the right to use it to generate and display your song.
- AmoreSong reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service, but will never publicly share your personal song content without your permission.
6. Shareable Song Pages
Each song has a unique URL that you can share with others. Anyone with the link can view the song page, listen to the audio, read the lyrics, and see the uploaded photo (if any). You are responsible for sharing this link only with people you intend to have access. Song pages are not indexed by search engines.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful
- Upload photos you do not have the right to use
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or commercially redistribute generated songs
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these terms.
8. AI-Generated Content
Songs are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always perfectly reflect your inputs. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that every song will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally contain unexpected phrasing or interpretations.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep AmoreSong available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
AmoreSong is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmoreSong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific song in question.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, though existing song pages may remain accessible via their shareable links unless you request their removal.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
